Strawberry Smoothie With The Hand Blender
Strawberry smoothies are probably one of the most popular types of smoothies, favoured by most because of their delicious taste & great health benefits as they are rich in vitamins & minerals. Strawberries are good for the bulk of the smoothie while you can experiment & add a wide variety of other fruits to create your very own unique fruit smoothie.
For this recipe you will want to pick ripe fresh strawberries. If you are finding it hard to get a hold of good strawberries you can also use frozen ones. You can pick these up cheaply from most supermarkets. Oh…Don’t forget the hand blender!
Lets get started!
What you need
1 pinch of peach
1 & a half cups of fresh strawberries
Half a cup of strawberry nectar
2 full cups of ice
So you’ve mastered the great strawberry smoothie. Lets try something else.
Banana Split Smoothie
Bananas are a great ingredient for a smoothie, just as healthy & tasty as strawberries. This smoothie is just delicious when you add some vanilla ice cream & honey.
What You Need
2 medium sized bananas
1 & a half cup of whole milk
8oz of crushed pineapple
6 ice cubes
2 table spoons of your favourite honey
1 and a half cups of unsweetened strawberries
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
To add a but more taste to your smoothie why not try some of the following toppings…
